Star/Sun shader I wrote for a small project. Shader makes use of layered 3D Perlin noise (Fractal noise) to compute vertex displacement and calculate shading based on a colour gradient. I then implemented a corona effect around the star making use of volumetric rendering techniques to further enhance the visual.
